Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and AJ777 ("AJ777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the information and review platform accessible at https://aj777.cam (the "Platform").

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes, subject to these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without prior written consent from AJ777;

• Introduce malicious code, viruses, trojans or any other harmful software to the Platform or its underlying infrastructure;

5.3 Accuracy of Information

5.4 Third-Party Operators

Intellectual Property Rights

All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform, including its design, layout, source code, text, graphics, images, data compilations and structured content, are owned by or licensed to AJ777. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Intellectual Property rights to the User.

The AJ777 name, logo and brand identifiers are proprietary to AJ777. Unauthorised use of these marks — including use in connection with products or services not associated with AJ777 — is strictly prohibited.

Users may print or download extracts of Content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that AJ777 is credited as the source. Any other reproduction or commercial exploitation requires prior written authorisation from AJ777.

Gambling Disclaimer & Legal Status

Online gambling is subject to complex and evolving laws in Pakistan. AJ777 does not claim that online gambling is licensed, authorised, regulated or approved by:

• The Government of Pakistan or any federal ministry;
• The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA);

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, AJ777's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by that User to AJ777 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Modifications to These Terms

AJ777 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which AJ777 operates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the User's country of residence.

Users in Pakistan are responsible for ensuring their use of this Platform complies with all applicable Pakistani laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, the Pakistan Penal Code, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), and any other relevant federal or provincial legislation.
